- The interview will take place on October 12(Thu) and October 13(Fri) via Zoom. 

 

- The Zoom link for the interview will be sent out via e-mail a day before the interview. We advise you to check your e-mail frequently. 

 

- Please participate in the interview with your camera turned on. We also recommend you use earphones/headset in a quiet environment for the interview. 

 

- Please enter the Zoom conference call 5 minutes prior to your interview time, and check your microphone and earphones/headset.

 

- Upon entering the conference call, please change your name to “first name, last name”. Example: Gil-dong, Hong 

 

- Please be aware that you will be automatically eliminated if you do not attend the interview at your designated time. 

 

- If it is difficult for you to participate in the interview at your designated time, please contact 02-769-1950 or ext4@asiaea.or.kr by October 11(Wed), 16:00 to reschedule your interview (working hours: 9 am to 6 pm, Mon to Fri). You will be able to rearrange your interview if there is an open time-frame within the fixed interview schedule. Please be aware that the interview schedule cannot be changed after October 11(Wed), 16:00.
